Used as a prefilter for Jumbo whole house filtration systems. Ideally suited in combination with a 0.5 micron carbon block to provide high quality water to a whole house or business.

Removes sediments including Dirt, Rust and Algae from water.

Servicable lifespan is between 6-12 months depending on water quality and usage. If a bad taste returns, then replace at more frequent intervals to stay ahead of cartridge exhaustion.
