Unfortunately due to an increase in pricing by the manufacurers Hyflux, and a failure by Hyflux to provide URWater with replacement filters at a rate previously promised, we can non longer stock the replacement filter cartridges once our stock on hand has been depleted. The increase in cost would mean that filters would have to be sold to all customers at between $250 and $260 per set which is more than customers are willing to pay.

URWater has been until this date, making a $9.70 loss on every set of Dragonfly filters sold and for obvious reason this cannot continue any further. Regrettably we have been forced to make the decision to direct customers to Hyflux directly as we are unaware of any other resellers of Dragonfly filters in Australia besides URWater.

Please contact Hyflux directly to request a set of replacement filters and please be sure to let them hear your thoughts on this arrangement and lack of availability in Australia.

We would like to be able to offer Dragonfly filters in our range but unless the filters are offered at an affordable price we will no longer stock them.
